Gail has a diversified, three decade background in business, teaching, and spiritual leader. She is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, earning her the designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.). Further studies with this school earned her a Certificate in the Teacher Training Program.

The International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (I.O.N.C.), is an independent, not for profit association established in 1983 to assure the public that R.N.C.P.s are meeting high ethical and educational standards. Only those who have thoroughly studied nutrition and have met the requirements of IONC are granted the R.N.C.P. designation.

With the additional, and on-going, studies in homeopathics, bio-therapeutic drainage, herbal therapies, Gail has earned the designation of Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (ROHP), a highly distinguishable and superior designation, given by the IONC to a qualified healthcare professional who specializes in maintaining or restoring biochemistry and physiology in the body for optimum health and dis-ease prevention.

An Orthomolecular Health Practitioner assesses the unique dietary and nutritional requirements of an individual and utilizes a full spectrum of customized naturotherapies,
including: diet and nutritional supplements, detoxification, and drainage.

Gail was diagnosed with plugged arteries, mid thigh in both legs a few years ago, and was told by the Medical profession, to get used to a wheelchair: she was not going to get better – only worse, and there was nothing they could do for her.  Gail could only walk 10 steps slowly, before excruciating pain would stop her. Through her studies in nutrition, detoxification and supplementation, she is once again taking her puppy for walks and enjoying the outdoors, pain free.
